Schneeballen or snowballs are a specialty of Rothenburg ob der Tauber.
This is my Schneeballen it is as fried bread/pastry covered in powered sugar to look like snow.
It is compact and we didn't like it.
Saeid got a chocolate and almond one and we still didn't like it. If you most try a one, share!
Sneeballen are less about the pastry and more about setting in a Baekerai (hiding from tourists) drinking good coffee and enjoying great times with fantastic people.
