    My turkey came out wonderful! I brined it overnight, and it was so moist. I made 2 stuffing, one vegetarian with nuts for the "diverse" people, and one with turkey sausage for the rest of us. My cosmopolitan cranberry sauce was potent and I really loved the pumpkin cheesecake.
